Import the original .mcaddon and activate both Nudge packs in a copied Creative test world. Enable Beta APIs and command permission. Realms and Editor Mode are unsupported by the author.

Requirements & notes

Known issues: If /nudge:nudge gives no tool on first entry, Save & Quit and reopen the world before retrying. Move replaces blocks at its destination, so check the whole selection and keep a world copy.
Minimum engine version: 1.26.30
Required experiments: Beta APIs. Enabled in the actual saved world.
Script API modules & versions: Declared @minecraft/server beta; @minecraft/server-ui 2.1.0; @minecraft/debug-utilities 1.0.0-beta.
