A gate can respond to an arrival, a delay, or the time of day. Rune Circuit turns those choices into a small placed rule you can understand and adjust one step at a time.
Give an entrance a simple rule
Place a rune and walk into its area. In the supplied project, that arrival starts a two-second delay and opens the rune’s own light gate for five seconds.
Once that single rule makes sense, connect another of your nearby runes on a different channel. The editor also offers a brief speed boost, healing or a small launch. Sneak-use removes your rune when the route changes.
Craft it
- Rune Circuit: 1 × quartz, 2 × copper ingot, 1 × amethyst shard, 1 × stick.
Open the editable project below and choose Crafting Path to check each recipe’s exact arrangement.
Before you try it
- Built-in actions are the own light gate, brief Speed, two health points of healing, or a small upward launch. Arbitrary scripts are not supported.
- Linked runes must have the same owner and be within 24 blocks. One activation visits at most four runes without repeating a rune.
- A closing gate waits for loaded, unoccupied cells before restoring them. Conditions are checked again when delayed actions run.
Each activation costs one amethyst shard in Survival, with a three-second cooldown. Creative use is free.
Download the beta MCADDON from Files for Minecraft Bedrock 26.52. Import it and enable both the behavior and resource packs in a separate world. Start with a copy of a world you care about.
Checked on Windows in a separate test world. Other devices and live multiplayer have not been verified.
Make it yours
Change Condition to At night for a time-dependent entrance. Or choose Brief Speed and leave Next channel at Stop while learning one rule.
Open Rune Circuit in the constructor to change the settings and build your own version. Save its editable project if you want to keep working later.
