A few stacks of building supplies are enough to justify a second trip. Pack Golem carries a bounded load and gives it back to its owner, keeping the job simple and local.
Give the building supplies a porter
Load your companion with selected supplies, then sneak-use an accessible ground point within 16 blocks to send it there. The supplied cargo filter takes cobblestone and oak planks, using up to three occupied slots.
Meet the porter and use nearby to unload into your inventory. Leave space for whole stacks. It handles a short run around your work area; obstacles stop the trip, and it does not collect materials from chests.
Craft it
- Pack Golem: 1 × feather, 2 × copper ingot, 1 × amethyst shard, 1 × stick.
Open the editable project below and choose Crafting Path to check each recipe’s exact arrangement.
Before you try it
- Transfers use whole stacks from the allowed list, limited by the configured occupied-slot capacity.
- Its native inventory belongs to the porter; it does not access arbitrary chests or other players' inventories.
- Blocked routes stop it. The golem is a noncombat companion protected from ordinary damage, not an autonomous delivery network.
Each activation costs one amethyst shard in Survival, with a three-second cooldown. Creative use is free.
Download the beta MCADDON from Files for Minecraft Bedrock 26.52. Import it and enable both the behavior and resource packs in a separate world. Start with a copy of a world you care about.
Checked on Windows in a separate test world. Other devices and live multiplayer have not been verified.
Make it yours
Replace the building-material filter with Iron ingots and Copper ingots for a metal-supply run. Keep capacity at three before deciding whether you need more.
Open Pack Golem in the constructor to change the settings and build your own version. Save its editable project if you want to keep working later.
