Open this .mcpack with Minecraft for Windows. Activate Modonix Trail Notes under Behavior packs in a spare world, return to Worlds, then reopen. No resource pack or Beta APIs are required. Run /modonix:trailnotes with cheats off. Tested on Windows Bedrock26.52.
